So we set out to build one connected system that runs the entire employee lifecycle — core HR, biometric attendance, leave, rules-based payroll, performance, recruitment and offboarding — in a single, secure place. Every module shares one source of truth, so information flows instead of being copied from tool to tool.
And we built it for what comes next. Workify ships with a first-class REST API and secure per-employee keys, plus an AI-agent-ready endpoint, so automations and assistants can operate the system safely within each person's own permissions.
